This remote role partners with regional leaders to translate strategy into market plans, targeting high-value ASC opportunities.

You will build scalable sales processes, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain executive presence while guiding prioritization and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (verified) with 10+ years in field sales, sales operations, marketing and/or sales management in healthcare/medical device markets.
• Five (5) years of experience managing teams (leading leaders).
• Experience selling across continuum of care and capital equipment is a plus.
