Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader to build and scale the ASC Solutions business. This high-impact role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive growth within ambulatory surgery centers across the U.S.

You will develop the ASC go-to-market strategy, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and partner with operators, MSOs, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value and sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership in medical devices or healthcare.
• 7+ years leading people, programs, or large-scale commercial initiatives.
• Direct experience with ASCs, ASC networks, or MSOs.
• Strong knowledge of capital medical devices and complex healthcare selling.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Exceptional executive presence with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the ASC Solutions strategy, performance, and growth trajectory.
• Develop commercial plans aligned with ASC growth objectives.
• Establish a compelling value proposition centered on ASC priorities.
• Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and market expansion.
• Lead the initial ASC Solutions team and shape the future organization.
