Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our data platform and AI-powered product suite. This remote, full-time role sits at the intersection of commercial life sciences data, modern AI delivery, and revenue growth.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and sales to shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive adoption of API-driven data delivery and AI agents across global customers.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product management experience in data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and commercializing AI-native products from concept to revenue.
• Deep familiarity with commercial life sciences data assets including claims, EMR/notes, payer data.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on APIs, data schemas, LLM pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Experience owning data delivery products — APIs, data feeds, MCP servers, AI agents.
• Demonstrated ability to run structured customer discovery with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Revenue orientation, tying product decisions to ARR, expansion, and churn metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging for technical and C-level buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for our data platform and AI-powered products.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for AI-native offerings built on life sciences data assets.
• Prioritize features based on market demand, competitive landscape, and revenue impact.
• Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear value propositions for commercial and clinical customers.
• Oversee lifecycle for AI-native capabilities including agentic workflows and LLM-powered insights.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture to ensure platform scalability and data quality.
• Partner with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success to drive pipeline and renewals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
