Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director, Analytics & Insights to lead RWD/RWE strategy and develop actionable insights across therapeutic areas. This remote US role reports to the VP, Content Strategy and guides a small team of RWD specialists.

You will own evidence logic, study design standards, and collaboration with Product, Technology, and Data Science to deliver AI-ready data products and defensible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Strong clinical expertise; ability to interpret healthcare data.
• Fluency in English; cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define RWD/RWE strategy and governance for content products and AI solutions.
• Direct two RWD specialists; ensure clinically grounded specifications.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Product, Tech and Data Science.
• Translate clinical reasoning into buildable data specifications and rules.
