Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director, Analytics & Insights to lead Clinical RWD/RWE initiatives from a remote US base. You will guide a small RWD team and shape evidence strategy across product, data science, and technology, delivering AI-ready insights and defensible study design.

You will translate clinical data into actionable business value, engage with senior leadership, and drive cross-functional execution to accelerate insights in real-world evidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and their strengths/limits.
• Strong clinical expertise to translate data into cohort definitions and study design.
• Hands-on SQL/Python and R/SAS for data analysis and validation.
• Native or impeccable English communication for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a small team of technical RWD specialists (two direct reports) and ensure high-quality RWE outputs.
• Set RWD/RWE strategy and govern standards for cohort definitions and study design.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology and Data Science to deliver AI-ready data solutions.
• Translate complex RWD concepts into business-ready specifications and ROI.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate progress and risks.
