Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our data platform and AI-powered product suite. This role sits at the intersection of commercial life sciences data, modern AI delivery, and revenue growth.

The right candidate will collaborate with engineering and data science to translate complex data capabilities into clear value for customers and own the end-to-end roadmap from concept to go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in product management, with data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience delivering AI-native products from concept to revenue.
• Deep familiarity with life sciences data assets (claims, EMR/EHR notes, payer data).
• Strong technical fluency to discuss API design and data schemas with engineers.
• Experience owning data delivery products (APIs, MCP servers, data feeds, AI agents).
• Ability to run structured customer discovery across technical and business stakeholders.
• Revenue-oriented with ARR, expansion, and churn focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for our data platform and AI products.
• Define go-to-market strategy for AI-native products built on health data assets.
• Prioritize features based on market demand and potential revenue impact.
• Translate data and AI capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value.
• Oversee lifecycle of AI-native capabilities and data pipelines.
• Drive adoption of APIs, MCP servers, and data delivery modalities.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture teams for scalability and quality.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends relevant to life sciences commercialization.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Communicate roadmap and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
