Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and delivery of our data platform and AI-powered product suite. This role requires deep experience in data platforms and AI, with a focus on revenue growth, cross-functional leadership, and executive engagement.

The position is remote and full-time, operating within a global product and technology organization.

Qualifications

10–15 years of product management experience in data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
Experience building and commercializing AI-native products—from concept through launch and revenue generation.
Deep familiarity with commercial life sciences data assets, including claims, EMR notes, payer data, and provider datasets.
Strong technical fluency: engage with engineers on API design, data schemas, LLM pipelines, and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the data platform and AI-powered product suite.
Define go-to-market strategy for AI-native products built on life sciences data assets.
Drive adoption of modern data delivery modalities and ensure platform scalability and data quality.
Partner with sales and CS to drive pipeline, renewals, and customer outcomes.
Manage and mentor product managers; align priorities with executive leadership.
