Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our data platform and AI-powered product suite in a remote, full-time role.

This senior leadership role blends commercial life sciences data, AI delivery, and revenue growth, requiring collaboration with engineering, data science, and enterprise customers.

You'll mentor PMs, align with executives, and drive KPIs tied to ARR, expansion, and retention.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product management experience, with data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience commercializing AI-native products—from concept through launch and revenue generation.
• Deep familiarity with life sciences data assets, including claims, EMR/EHR, payer data, and provider/patient datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for our data platform and AI-powered product suite.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for AI-native products built on commercial life sciences data assets.
• Prioritize features based on market demand, revenue impact, and competitive landscape.
• Translate complex data and AI capabilities into differentiated value propositions for customers.
