Job summary

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth through new business, cross-sell, and retention. You will build local pipelines, engage with dealerships and partners, and conduct outbound prospecting to convert opportunities.

The role supports in-store and phone sales with a base hourly rate plus uncapped monthly incentives, plus strong benefits and paid time off. Relevant licensing is preferred or achievable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
