National General Holdings Corp., part of the Allstate family, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role combines in-person and phone-based sales, local marketing efforts, and community partnerships.

Base compensation starts at $20.00 per hour with potential incentive pay. 0–2 years experience preferred; P&C licensing preferred or obtained within 90 days.
