You will develop relationships with dealerships and partners, run outbound prospecting, and collaborate with leadership on sales and local marketing initiatives. 0-2 years experience preferred; P&C licensing preferred or licensure within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
