Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in direct sales or similar roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or must obtain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance, and customer experience expectations.
