Job summary

Base compensation starts at $20 per hour with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Licensing in P&C is preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of joining.
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and market competition is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
