Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, residual income, and weekly activation bonuses. You can work remotely within your region, targeting local businesses with payment processing solutions.

Training and support provided; independence is balanced with mentorship. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of B2B sales, merchant services experience, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
