Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales team is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role in the payments space. You can work fully remote with regional field coverage and be your own boss while driving activation bonuses and residuals.

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer processing solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals to earn monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities
