Xplor Pay is seeking motivated sales professionals for a 100% commission-based Direct Sales role. You can work fully remote, focusing on door-to-door or local business visits to offer payment processing solutions. You will educate owners, close deals, and earn monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
