You will work in stores and over the phone, building relationships through community involvement and referrals.

You’ll pursue sales goals with a defined pipeline, stay informed on products and underwriting, and collaborate with leadership on local marketing initiatives,

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
