National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships.

This role conducts local in-person and phone sales, leveraging community connections for growth and referrals. You will maintain a strong pipeline, prospect outbound opportunities, and collaborate with leadership on local marketing efforts while staying up-to-date on products and underwriting

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales experience preferred by role
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
