The role focuses on in-person and phone sales, building relationships within the community, and supporting local marketing efforts. A base hourly rate with incentive pay is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred, or obtain licensure within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
