Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, offering a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income. This role supports field sales across the United States, with uncapped commissions and monthly residuals, plus ongoing training and mentorship.

You’ll be responsible for engaging local businesses, educating owners on savings, and closing deals while enjoying flexible scheduling and commission bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
