You will advise customers, identify opportunities, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in solution selling, SaaS, software, digital solutions sales, or related roles.
• Experience selling into commercial buildings, real estate, hospitality, or water management.
• Proven ability to build strategic accounts, generate pipeline, and exceed sales objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans expanding adoption of Watts Digital solutions across accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities driving recurring revenue growth.
• Build and expand executive-level relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
• Manage complex sales cycles from engagement to contract execution and onboarding.
• Forecast accurately and maintain robust opportunity pipeline and sales planning.
