Watts is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to accelerate growth of Watts Digital solutions across commercial buildings. You will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts, expanding adoption and driving recurring revenue with ROI-focused, customer-centric solutions.

In collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success, you will develop strategic growth plans, manage complex sales cycles, and provide Voice of Customer insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solution selling, SaaS sales, software sales, digital solutions sales, or related roles.
• Experience selling solutions into commercial buildings, hospitality, real estate, or water-management industries.
• Proven ability to build strategic accounts, generate pipeline, and exceed sales objectives.
• Experience managing complex consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
