Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive growth and commercialization of Watts' digital solutions in commercial buildings. The role emphasizes strategic account management, consultative selling, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate recurring revenue growth and customer outcomes.

The position is remote and may be based in New York, Nevada, or Colorado, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution selling or SaaS sales within commercial buildings or related sectors.
• Experience building strategic accounts, pipeline, and meeting sales targets.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic growth plans to expand Watts Digital solutions adoption.
• Manage executive relationships with strategic customers and owners.
• Lead complex sales cycles from engagement to contract and onboarding.
• Forecast accurately and build robust opportunity pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
