Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks a Digital Sales Manager to drive growth of Watts' digital solutions across commercial buildings. You will develop strategic growth plans, expand adoption within key accounts, and identify new opportunities to accelerate recurring revenue.

Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Sales & Revenue Growth, you will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value, provide Voice of Customer insights, and guide

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in solution selling, SaaS sales, software sales, digital solutions sales, or related commercial roles.
Experience selling solutions into commercial buildings, facilities, hospitality, real estate, water management, etc.
Experience managing complex consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans that expand adoption of Watts Digital solutions across assigned customers, strategic accounts, and targeted market segments.
Build, maintain, and expand executive-level and operational relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding.
Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, renewal, and growth objectives.
Establish a robust opportunity pipeline with accurate forecasting and planning.
