Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR and Payroll Admins, and small business owners from Fortune 100 to innovative firms, delivering consultative guidance and building your own book of business.

You will receive robust sales training, leverage modern technology, and enjoy autonomy with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, plus potential for travel-free virtual

Qualifications

Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship
Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
