Job summary

ADP is seeking an Inbound Digital Sales Associate to sell ADP payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You’ll engage CFOs, HR, and small business owners across mid-market accounts from Fortune 100 to smaller innovative firms.

You’ll receive strong sales training, set daily goals, enjoy autonomy with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and uncapped commission opportunities in a supportive, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Acumen using new tools and technology to analyze insights and data for clients.
• Positive self-starter with upbeat, proactive outreach and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals across assigned geography.
