Strategus, LLC is seeking a Digital Sales Director to lead strategic sales plans and drive revenue across the U.S. remotely, with optional Colorado office time. You will prospect new clients, understand their digital advertising needs, and present scalable CTV solutions to executives and agencies.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated outside sales success in B2B within digital advertising or media.
• 2+ years experience selling Connected TV advertising.
• Proactive hunter mentality and results-driven approach to prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking events, and referrals using industry tools.
• Understand client needs and provide scalable digital advertising solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses to align objectives with Strategus offerings.
• Present and demonstrate digital advertising solutions to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for win-win outcomes.
• Build and maintain post-sale relationships for retention.
• Collaborate with account management, marketing, operations, and BDRs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to offer consultative guidance.
