Job summary

Strategus, a CTV-first, fully managed advertising partner, is seeking a Digital Sales Director to drive revenue from Texas-based clients. You’ll develop strategic plans, prospect new clients, and build lasting relationships while leading cross‑functional teams.

You’ll leverage your 3+ years of outside B2B sales in digital media, plus 2+ years selling CTV, to exceed revenue targets and expand Strategus’ footprint in the evolving connected TV landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in B2B within digital advertising or media.
• 2+ years selling Connected TV advertising.
• Hunter mentality with proactive prospecting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with agency and brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients via multiple channels.
• Understand client needs and propose scalable ad solutions.
• Present digital advertising solutions to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for win-win outcomes.
• Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide regular forecasts and meet revenue goals.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and expand network.
