Job summary

Strategus seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead premier client relationships and optimize campaigns across the industry. You will partner with the Sales team to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, manage campaigns, and drive performance with proactive communication and resources.

You will analyze data to tell compelling stories, present insights, and identify upsell opportunities. This fully remote role supports clients nationwide and advances Strategus' growth in the dynamic

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital advertising (CTV/OTT) client growth and retention.
• Proven leadership and mentorship for Account Manager teams.
• Expert communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze issues and drive revenue growth with clients.
• Solid knowledge of the AdTech landscape and CTV trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for high‑value clients and campaigns.
• Recommend innovative, data‑driven solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales for premier onboarding experiences.
• Lead campaign management and execution with internal teams.
• Present data insights and recommendations to boost performance.
• Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities based on goals.
• Maintain strong client retention and Net Promoter results.
• Proactively address opportunities and risks with practical solutions.
