Job summary

Strategus is seeking a Digital Sales Director to lead strategic sales plans, identify new clients, and drive revenue growth for a remote role open to Florida residents. You will build client relationships, present digital advertising solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet targets.

The role emphasizes CTV expertise, a hunter mindset, strong communication, and the ability to travel within your assigned region as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated outside sales success in B2B sales within the digital advertising or media industry
• 2+ years experience selling Connected TV advertising
• Hunter mentality with proactive, results‑oriented sales approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at various levels
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in ad agencies or organizations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to hit revenue targets
• Self‑motivated, independent worker who can collaborate with a team
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of CTV industry trends and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Build deep understanding of client advertising needs and provide scalable solutions
• Conduct needs analysis to align digital advertising objectives with Strategus offerings
• Present and demonstrate digital advertising solutions to stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for win‑win outcomes
• Maintain strong client relationships post‑sale for retention
• Collaborate with account management, marketing, operations, and BDRs
• Stay current on industry trends to provide consultative advice
• Provide regular forecast of the business and meet revenue goals
• Attend industry events to expand network and generate leads
• Plan travel to assigned region to build relationships and develop accounts
