Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will act as a consultative partner to CFOs, HR, and payroll admins across a range of company sizes, from Fortune 100 to startups, building a strong book of business.

Daily activities include goals around dials, talk time, and appointments, with autonomy, a flexible schedule, weekly Monday–Friday hours, and virtual appointments with no travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Ability to use digital tools and technology to support sales activities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow business by closing sales, winning new accounts, and meeting targets.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through a strategic outreach to decision-makers.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and expand cloud-based ADP solutions.
• Collaborate as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners with integrity.
