Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the NYC/NJ region. You will promote a fully digital orthodontic platform to orthodontic practice owners and drive trial and full integration of LightForce solutions.

You will travel within the territory, conduct clinical conversations, deliver trainings, and collaborate with integration specialists to optimize customer onboarding and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to discuss ROI, P&L, and financials with orthodontic practice owners.
• Experience in B2B medical/dental device or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within an orthopedic/healthcare space.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to promote LightForce digital orthodontics to practice owners.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute a territory plan for NYC/NJ to drive LightForce adoption.
• Manage a geography of accounts to promote full LightForce integration.
• Deliver training and presentations to doctors and staff, virtual and in person.
