Job summary

LightForce seeks an Area Sales Manager to advocate for our digital orthodontics platform with independent orthodontic practices in the United States. You will convert accounts from analog to digital workflows, train teams, and drive adoption of LightForce solutions across multiple practice roles.

You will use a consultative approach, manage travel within guidelines, and collaborate with integration specialists to deliver full system integration and measurable practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental or orthodontic products.

Responsibilities

• Sell LightForce to orthodontic practice owners and drive full integration.
• Plan and execute a territory plan to maximize opportunities.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and forecast accurately.
• Build relationships with treatment coordinators and office managers.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations to diverse customer types.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists for smooth onboarding.
• Travel as required to cover defined geography.
• Use analytics to influence customer decision making.
• Stay current on orthodontic industry trends and competitors.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to optimize the customer experience.
