Job summary

LightForce is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote its fully digital orthodontic platform to dental practices in the MD/DC area. You will convert orthodontic business owners from analog to our AI-assisted, patient-specific LightForce solution, driving trials, adoption, and growth.

You will conduct clinical discussions, deliver trainings, and coordinate with integration specialists to ensure seamless onboarding, while achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and expanding the LightForce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to demonstrate LightForce solutions to orthodontic practices.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute an area territory plan for Maryland/DC.
• Manage a defined geography to promote LightForce and drive full integration.
• Utilize analytics to guide customer decisions.
• Build relationships with practice staff to modernize and grow their business using LightForce.
• Deliver clinical trainings and presentations to maximize implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists for onboarding and full integration.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and customer-centric mindset.
