Job summary

LightForce is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the United States to promote its fully digital orthodontic platform to orthodontic practices. You will drive trials and full integration by engaging practice owners, treating coordinators, and office managers with a consultative, data-driven approach.

You will plan and execute territory strategies, achieve quarterly targets, deliver clinical training, and collaborate with Integration Specialists to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years outside B2B sales.
• Industry experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontics or related B2B fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote LightForce to orthodontic accounts to enable trial and full integration.
• Sell directly to orthodontic business owners to transform workflows.
• Plan territory and meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Lead onboarding and full integration with doctors and staff.
• Deliver training and presentations virtually and in person.
