LightForce Orthodontics in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote our digital orthodontic platform to orthodontic practice owners. You will transform traditional workflows into a streamlined, AI-assisted process that makes planning, application, and treatment more efficient and accessible, while helping practices grow.

You will lead territory planning, meet quarterly targets, build strong relationships with doctors and office staff, deliver training, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Industry experience selling medical devices, dental, orthodontic, or related B2B products.

Responsabilités

• Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how LightForce’s solutions will transform an analog business into a modern digital workflow.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute an area territory plan based on potential of customers.
• Manage a defined geography of accounts to promote the LightForce system to new and existing customers for full integration.
• Utilize analytics to drive customer decision making.
• Foster relationships with orthodontic practice team members and leadership to modernize and grow the business.
• Deliver Clinical Training and presentations to maximize implementation and usage of LightForce technology.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists to deliver onboarding and full integration with doctors and staff.
