LightForce is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Newark to drive adoption of its digital orthodontic platform among independent practices. You will convert accounts from analog to fully integrated, AI-assisted planning and 3D-printed brackets, enhancing practice efficiency and patient outcomes.

Bring at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, strong ROI discussions with owners, and comfort with clinical conversations. Travel is required to cover a defined geography within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Industry experience selling a medical device, dental, orthodontic, or related B2B product desired.

Responsabilités

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of LightForce system to promote it to orthodontic accounts.
• Sell directly to orthodontic business owners to drive trial and full integration.
• Plan and execute territory strategy to promote LightForce to new and existing customers.
• Deliver training and presentations to maximize implementation and utilization.
