Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote its fully digital, 3D-printed orthodontic platform to orthodontic practice owners across the Maryland/DC area. You will drive trials, convert to full integration, and collaborate with integration specialists to ensure smooth onboarding and value realization.

You should have 3+ years of B2B sales, preferably in medical/dental devices, and be comfortable discussing ROI and financial metrics with practice owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to promote LightForce solutions to orthodontic accounts.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute territory plans across Maryland/DC area.
• Manage geography of accounts to promote full LightForce integration.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists to onboard new customers.
