LightForce is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote its fully digital orthodontic platform to orthodontic practice owners across North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Nebraska. You will transform traditional workflows into a patient-specific, AI-driven solution and drive adoptions across multiple practices.

The role requires consultative selling, achievement of sales targets, and close collaboration with integration specialists to ensure full LightForce adoption while building lasting

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3+ years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Industry experience selling medical devices, dental or orthodontic equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how LightForce solutions modernize an analog business into a digital workflow.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute a territory plan based on potential of accounts.
• Promote the LightForce system to new and existing customers for full integration.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations to diverse customer types, virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists on new customer onboarding and full implementation.
• Engage with orthodontic organizations to stay abreast of trends impacting customers.
