Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and customer engagement capability.

This remote role leads digital channels, analytics, and campaigns to strengthen the customer experience and drive growth across the buying journey. You will partner with the VP of Marketing, Marketing Services, Brand Engagement, Sales, ecommerce and IT to connect customer needs with content and campaigns, using

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including strategy, campaign management, digital experience and analytics.
• Experience across digital demand generation, website/content management, SEO/SEM, paid media, email/marketing automation and social media.
• B2B marketing experience; animal health, veterinary, healthcare or distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans, managing budgets and using performance data to improve results.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, advertising platforms, CRM and marketing automation tools, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into integrated digital campaigns that attract, engage, convert and retain customers.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media and analytics.
• Guide ongoing improvement of website content, navigation, functionality and user experience.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid search, display, retargeting and social campaigns.
• Lead social media planning, calendars, publishing, engagement monitoring and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Sales, ecommerce, IT and Brand partners to align campaigns and momentum.
• Provide actionable insights and performance reporting to the VP of Marketing.
