Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and customer engagement capability. You will lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social, and analytics, working with Marketing Services, Brand Engagement, Sales, ecommerce and IT to improve results.

This is a remote position. The role emphasizes strategy, campaigns, leadership, and data-driven optimization to support growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience across strategy, campaigns, analytics, and platforms.
• B2B marketing experience; animal health or veterinary distribution preferred.
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans, managing budgets and using data to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy and integrated campaigns aligned with marketing priorities.
• Develop and execute digital plans to attract, engage, convert and retain customers.
• Improve website content, navigation and user experience with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid search, display, retargeting, email and other campaigns.
• Lead social media planning, publishing, engagement and measurement.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, analytics and other stakeholders to support lead generation and campaigns.
• Establish and monitor digital performance metrics and report outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team and establish priorities and processes.
