Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to translate our marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and customer engagement capability.

This remote role partners with the VP of Marketing and works across ecommerce, Sales and IT to connect content and campaigns along the buyer journey. You will lead digital channels, including website experience, SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, social, analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive digital marketing with strategy and analytics.
• Experience across digital demand generation, website/content management, SEO/SEM.
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans.
• Knowledge of budgets and performance-driven optimization.
• B2B marketing experience; veterinary sector preferred.
• Certified in Google Analytics/Google Ads or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Translate goals into integrated campaigns that attract, engage, convert and retain.
• Guide website content, navigation, and user experience improvements.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities to improve journeys and conversion.
• Plan and optimize paid search, display, social, email campaigns.
• Lead and coach the Digital Marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally.
