Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and customer engagement capability. You will lead digital channels such as website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email and analytics, partnering with Marketing Services, Brand Engagement, Sales, ecommerce and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications or business.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience including strategy, campaigns, analytics and channel management.
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans and budgets.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and cross‑functional communication skills.
• B2B marketing experience; animal health or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media and analytics.
• Drive demand generation, lead nurture and campaign performance through marketing automation.
• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, IT and ecommerce teams.
