Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into integrated digital demand and customer engagement programs.

This remote role drives website experience, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, marketing automation, social, and analytics, partnering with Sales, ecommerce and IT to optimize the buyer journey. Responsibilities include developing digital plans, leading channels, and aligning campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
• Experience across digital demand generation, website/content management, SEO/SEM, paid media, email/marketing automation and social media.
• B2B marketing experience; animal health, veterinary or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business objectives into integrated digital plans and manage budgets.
• Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social.
• Partner with Sales, IT, analytics and other stakeholders to optimize the customer journey.
• Establish and monitor digital performance metrics and report results.
• Guide team development and foster collaboration across Marketing.
