IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union is hiring a Digital Loan Officer for their Remote Financial Center in Moline, IL. You will engage members across phone, email, text, and chat to assess lending needs and guide them to appropriate solutions, while meeting team goals in a call-center environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accuracy, and timely service. You will participate in training and stay current on products, policies, and security standards to protect member information.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lending experience or call-center sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication across phone, email, text, and chat.
• Professional, positive attitude with adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Develop member relationships and identify financial needs.
• Process consumer loan applications via phone, email, chat, and online channels.
• Guide members to lending solutions and coordinate with Underwriting.
• Open memberships and deposit accounts following procedures.
• Support achieving individual and departmental production and sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and protect member information while complying with security policies.
• Participate in training, meetings, and development activities.
