Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Solicit membership for member lending needs.
• Interview members for loans by phone, email, mail, or fax.
• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within limits.
• Prepare all loan documents for closing.
• Process credit card applications.
• Assess customer needs and explain different loan options.
• Cross-sell other credit union products.
• Assist with member service calls and questions as needed.
• Process Synapsis queue events and referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
