Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• No immigration sponsorship. Geographical area limitation within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Lead DIS growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market trends.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagement, develop proposals, and align operational capacity with regional growth objectives.
• Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, inventory, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, customer, safety, and profitability expectations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
