Job summary

GreenSlate is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist II to join our remote Implementation team, configuring complex systems for production projects and delivering precise setups at scale. You will manage high-volume requests and use Asana to track progress, with Intercom for support communications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in implementing configurable software such as ERP or payroll systems. Pacific Time Zone is preferred for this remote US position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience with complex, configurable software platforms (ERP/payroll/production).
• 1+ year in software implementation/onboarding.
• Ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, systematic and process-driven.
• Strong written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high-volume of complex, multi-layered project setups and configurations based on each production’s requirements.
• Manage inbound setup requests and support tickets with accuracy across concurrent projects.
• Utilize Asana checklists and follow project protocols.
• Escalate issues to team members as needed.
• Use Intercom to track, organize, and complete setup requests.
