Responsibilities

• Assist members and personnel with telephone requests by answering questions and resolving problems pertaining to digital services within authority; refer issues beyond authority to the appropriate supervisor, vendor, or technician.
• Provide timely responses to any and all member requests that come into the Contact Center through email, fax, chat, or any e-channel.
• Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
• Communicate any changes or disruptions in any digital services to credit union staff, including instructions, resolutions, or temporary solutions.
• Maintain accurate member account information on E-services, ensuring that member information is consistently up to date with minimal errors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and volunteer to assist other departments with any tasks or overflow.
