Job summary

Capital Credit Union is seeking a Digital Support specialist to assist members who prefer digital channels. You will handle troubleshooting for digital banking, bills, and Zelle, while guiding members through product offerings and solutions via phone, chat, or secure messages.

Responsibilities

Answer member calls and digital support inquiries via phone, chat, or secure message.
Manage tickets for Digital Banking issues (logins, statements, troubleshooting).
Assist with basic account questions and processing deposits/transactions by phone or chat.
Educate members on electronic options and Capital Credit Union services.
Promote loans, certificates, digital banking, debit cards, and direct deposit.
